When are Freedom and Loss Friends?

Freedom requires loss in many ways. It requires a:

Loss of constriction
Loss of control
Loss of self consciousness
Letting go of fear
Letting go of self limitation
Suspending of doubt

Freedom is fleeting. Freedom is exhilarating.
Freedom is zero gravity. Freedom happens in play & laughter & imagination.

Freedom happens when I am flying, soaring, filled with levity & joy, bubbling over with love, filled with possibility. Freedom requires that I continually unpack & heal the invisible heaviness of harm & hurt & pain of trauma transferred.

Freedom is choice
Freedom is holy
Freedom is unbound, un-boundaried
Freedom is both fleeting & infinite

Freedom is the ability to transform & transmute
Freedom happens when I let go
Freedom happens when I let it
Freedom is within & all around me
Freedom is nestled deep within me. And Freedom is shared.

Freedom happens when I surrender to Spirit; when I lift up my own anchors & follow the ebb & flow of life. When I stop trying to control the outcome & when I truly recognize my own liminality.

I am freedom. What am I willing to lose?
