About Us

Our Story

Are you looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, how you lead, or what you can do to enhance your team? Are you looking for a way to engage your team to work better, together? Is it time to refresh your strategic vision? Or maybe you’re seeking virtual team-building opportunities for your geographically dispersed team?

Founded in 2008, M E Clarke Consulting specializes in cultural transformation, organizational health, strategic visioning, and leadership development. Meghan and Kate bring over 35 years of combined experience as practitioners and trusted strategic partners. We work with C-suite executives, academic leaders, VPs, small business owners and more to co-create people-centered processes and strategic plans to radically change organizational culture – all with a healing and heart-centered approach. In addition to local clients, we work with geographically dispersed and global teams.

Few things are certain as we navigate seemingly endless change in today’s world. But we know that stronger teams and stronger leaders will excel in the face of change. And we can help. Whether you’re a new leader or a leader of a new team, looking to energize an existing team, or interested in a team development opportunity in a virtual working environment, we welcome the opportunity to partner with you.

Let’s emerge stronger, together.

Meet the Team

Meghan Clarke

  • Never without? A doubt (haha), a scheme, a thought or an idea of how to…
  • DiSC Style? Si with a drive toward results.
  • Favorite part of this work? The small breakthroughs that eventually lead to healing and transformation.
  • Best advice ever you’ve received? Smile. Breathe. Put one foot in front of the other.
  • A lesson the universe keeps teaching you? To love, forgive and accept myself. And to not take myself so seriously. This too shall pass.
  • Coffee or tea? Coffee. Bold. One pack of stevia and whole milk.

Kate McCracken

  • Never without? A story about what I’m learning.
  • DiSC Style? Di – one foot firmly planted in ambitious process and one foot firmly planted in prioritizing people.
  • Favorite part of this work? The moments when a group allows themselves to indulge in the connectedness they so deeply long for.
  • Best advice ever received? If we’re going to make up stories in our heads, let’s make up good ones.
  • A lesson the universe keeps teaching you? You are here to create more than you consume.
  • Coffee or tea? I’d prefer bubble water or a Diet Coke, but can get down with a decaf oat or almond milk latte & herbal tea too.

Emily Davies

  • Never without? My why
  • DiSC Style? CD – clear thinking, high standards, grounded leadership
  • Favorite part of this work? My colleagues and our clients! I love working alongside of smart, driven, heart-centered people.
  • Best advice ever received? Trust in God and tie up your horse.
  • A lesson the universe keeps teaching you? Slow down and enjoy the process rather than taking the fast track to the outcome.
  • Coffee or tea? Espresso in its many expressions – Americano, Cappuccino, Latte.
