What’s the process, you ask?

We can’t tell you. Not because it’s a secret, but because it is emergent. Every team is different, every crossroads, every group of people, context, conflict, and challenge – are all different. We don’t have a method or a one-sized-fits-all approach. What we can tell you is that the answers always lie within the team. Always. It is simply our job to ask the right questions, offer the right framework, and give the team the coaching, guidance, and scaffolding to figure it out. And we promise to tell the truth, to get you there.
