Strategic Visioning

Attain the clarity your organization so desires with strategic visioning. Our expertise lies at the intersection of culture and strategy – meaning we take both seriously. (We’re familiar with the Drucker quote about culture eating strategy, it’s true AND we need both to be a healthy, thriving company.) We believe wholeheartedly in the validity of a holistic organizational health approach to planning that encompasses the crafting of your North Star while aligning your people around it. Our strength is harnessing the collective wisdom of your entire organization with a people-centered and data-driven process. The result will be a Playbook that is both inspirational and aspirational. Our comprehensive planning builds in change management, allowing for early buy-in and seamless execution.

Does the chaotic pace of change these days leave you unsure about a long-term or deep strategic planning process? We’ve got you covered with tools for planning in the short-term to keep you rowing in the right direction.

OUR DATA DRIVEN, PARTICIPATORY APPROACH TO VISIONING CAN HELP YOU:

Dream BIG: Transcend what is seemingly possible today.

Scan the internal and external environments to uncover current/future challenges and opportunities.

Mitigate the chaos and harness the creativity inherent in any change effort. Engage people early and often in what you are trying to accomplish.

Ensure commitment = clarity + buy-in (Getting people aligned ensures long-term success).

Embrace emergence: agility requires that we continuously evolve while ensuring we are anchored in our values and highest impact work.

Create a culture of learning through continuous feedback loops + applauding the lessons only failure produces.

Examples of our Work

Our Data Driven Approach

With more than a decade of experience with participation design processes, both large and small, we focus on engagement and creative dissonance as key elements in achieving an inclusive, innovative and actionable plan.

Co-Design the Process

Partner with clients to create an iterative design process that aligns with the culture of the organization to get at the desired outcomes

Data Collection

Involves large-scale participation in the process. Includes possibility of one or more of the following: surveys, interviews, and environmental or internal analysis.

Analysis

Qualitative analysis that allows us to see where data from across the organization either converges or diverges. While looking for key themes this allows us to engage conflicts in a pro-active, healthy manner.

Validation & Engagement

Data driven focus groups where key themes are presented as a platform of discussion among key stakeholder groups to allow for in depth discussion and agreement as well as an opportunity to begin to chart a path forward

Final Outcomes & Next Steps

Synthesize everything into a clear, succinct and actionable plan
