My journey has been a very round one. Originally, I met Meghan and was introduced to the company during an interview for a co-op position with M E Clarke Consulting in my third year of undergrad at University of Cincinnati. Fast forward 5 years later, and here I am, anxious to resume my journey with Meghan and M E Clarke Consulting.

The beauty of the circle is its ability to expand in size and cover more area without losing its sense of direction. This is so reflective of my life and my personal and professional journey over the past 5 years. At 21, I came into MECC young, ready to learn and grow myself in every aspect; wanting to change the world. In many ways, I am still that same 21-year-old, seeking to challenge myself and my partners to expand our knowledge base, confront our vulnerabilities, and share our strengths…just with more experience…a larger circle. In five years, I completed my undergrad degrees in marketing and finance, decided against pursuing medical school (while simultaneously recognizing that I still love the medical field), moved back to my hometown, started a new job, became a mom, and graduated with a master’s in healthcare administration at UC. On this journey, I realized how much I value working in a realm that stretches my ability, pushes me to the edges of my comfort zone, and allows me to feel and be productive, so it was only natural that I come full circle with MECC.

I am most excited about being around partners that can pour into me as I do the same for them and creating a collaborative force toward change. I would love to hear from partners that have been around throughout my 5-year journey with MECC as well as any new partners! Please, do not hesitate to reach out and include me in your circle journey.
