M E Clarke Consulting Has Joined The World of The Web

I would be remiss not to admit that I am approaching this first blog with both excitement and trepidation.  Excitement because in this work there are so many stimulating topics into which to delve.   Conflict, mediation and dialogue are a field full of complexities each one worth exploring in depth.  Trepidation for the same reason, unveiling these nuances layer by layer will require me to dig deeply within the work and myself.  It will require me to express in words what is usually a very intuitive process.  It will require me to reflect openly about both the successes and the failures.  I believe that many of the best lessons will be learned by hard knocks and together with the accomplishments; they will form a roadmap of sorts for others to navigate this complex world of conflict.
