Wisdom Circle

About Wisdom Circles

Lead Like It Matters Wisdom Circles are small-group virtual leadership development experiences designed for leaders who want meaningful growth, practical insight, and real connection without adding another performative meeting to the calendar.

Each Circle blends facilitated conversation, guided reflection, leadership teaching, and peer learning so leaders can explore the real dynamics shaping how they show up, make decisions, build trust, navigate pressure, and lead through complexity. These are not passive webinars. They are focused, thoughtful spaces where leaders can pause, think out loud, learn from others, and apply what they are discovering in real time.

Leaders leave with sharper perspective, renewed confidence, practical tools, and the reassurance that they are not leading alone. The benefit is not just new content. It is a stronger, more grounded leadership practice built through reflection, conversation, and community.

Coaching

Ready to re-discover your best self and be re-minded of who you truly are?

The right coaching relationship can be transformative: it can change the dynamics of what is happening around us (the external reflects the internal); it can lead to deep and profound insights that can reshape the trajectory of a leader and a team. We are generally our own biggest obstacle, our own worst critic. We each hold the answers to what stands in our way; coaching simply offers a path to uncovering and overcoming these self-limiting beliefs. The path to our highest self almost always requires getting out of our own way. In coaching we will expand on what you are doing well, uncover your opportunities for growth while identifying the (small) pivots necessary to advance your goals.
