The Leadership Wisdom Circle includes five 90-minute sessions held on Zoom:

Each session builds on the last, creating a layered and rich experience. While you are not required to attend every session, we encourage participation each week to fully immerse in the wisdom we’ll uncover together.

• Trust & Accountability: Fundamental to leading a happy, healthy team.
• Self-Deception: Strategies for getting ‘out of the box’ by recognizing and changing our ‘in the box’ mindset, focusing on empathy and seeing others’ needs and perspectives. It emphasizes that true leadership and connection stem from shifting how we view and treat others.
• Rethinking Anxiety: What if we knew that our anxiety is actually a barometer to measure how much we care and is a sign of what is ‘right’ about us, not wrong? We will look at how to rethink our own relationship with anxiety and lead from a lens of self compassion.
• Leading with Intuition, Humility and Moxy: Swimming in deeper waters and inviting your team to do the same.
