Overview

A five-week virtual leadership experience for emerging leaders ready to step confidently into their leadership journey.

Stepping into leadership is exciting and disorienting at once. You are expected to have answers you do not have yet, you can feel the gap between where you are and where you think you should be, and the people who used to be your peers now look to you differently.

This Circle is for emerging leaders who want to build a strong foundation and not walk the path alone.

Together, we will:

Embrace being new:

Treat your fresh perspective as an asset, and resist the urge to rush past it.

Build your foundation:

Ground your leadership in clear values before the demands pile up.

Grow together:

Walk the path alongside others navigating the same transition.

Across five sessions, we will explore trust and accountability, self-deception, rethinking anxiety, knowing/not knowing/inner knowing, and empowering others. You will leave grounded in your own values, connected to others walking the same path, and clearer about the leader you are becoming.

Each session builds on the last, creating a layered and meaningful experience. While participants are not required to attend every session, we strongly encourage participation across the full Circle to receive the full value of the experience and contribute to the shared learning of the group.

Kate McCracken is a senior organizational health practitioner, facilitator, and coach who brings strategic insight, relational intelligence, and a deeply grounded presence to the work of leadership. Kate has a gift for finding the right words at the right moment and holding a loving but firm mirror to the patterns, possibilities, and excellence already present. Through compassionate candor and thoughtful inquiry, she helps leaders move beyond performance and familiar answers, deepen trust in themselves, and turn awareness into clearer choices, stronger relationships, and intentional action.
