If you’re like me you’ve seen the signs pop up around town in people’s yards or in store fronts:

At MECC we believe these things, and we want to go further than just believing, we want to embody these beliefs. We want to go beyond believing that every person regardless of their beliefs, race, or gender is welcome in the room, we want to INVITE all people. We want a practice that is a place of (re)discovery, possibilities, and transformation for ALL people. A place that embraces everyone’s differences, understanding to our core that those differences are what make us unique and powerful.

We commit to embodying these beliefs and living them through our work. And when we fail and we will fail, we commit to owning it, learning from it and working to do better the next time.
