About Kristi

Kristi began her professional journey working with AmeriCorps in grassroots non-profits and leadership development programs. She attended law school and briefly practiced law before pivoting back to the non-profit sector where she managed grant programs, served as the right-hand to senior leaders, and oversaw core operational functions. She brought her leadership and talents to human services organizations, healthcare philanthropy, and higher-ed philanthropy where she was known as a dynamic facilitator and go-to partner who could make things happen.

After a career of 13+ years of doing things she thought she “should” be doing, she set the intention to create a life she wanted to live. Along the way she crossed paths with Meghan. As they say, the rest is history, and she joined the practice in 2021. Here, she considers herself a transformation doula and a purveyor of possibility, where her work of shepherding transformation within teams and individuals aligns with her core purpose of creating connection and bringing out the best in people – individually or collectively. She brings a strategic and analytical mind, a kind heart, gentle and grounded presence, and deep intuition to the work. She thinks better with a marker in her hand and comes alive at the whiteboard – connecting the dots, envisioning the possibilities, or designing curated experiences for teams.

A perpetual work in progress, she is always unearthing layers of herself and mining her experience for deep lessons to pass along to help others become truer, deeper, and more authentic versions of themselves. She is a student of the 8 limbs of yoga who believes in our ability to heal and the wisdom we hold in our hearts and bodies.

Her DiSC style is a strong S with shading into accuracy and her working geniuses are Discernment and Enablement. She hasn’t dusted off her Myers-Briggs in a while but she was on the line of ISTJ and ISFJ. On her “to-do” list is to determine her enneagram type.

Outside of the office you’ll find her cooking, curling up with a good book, practicing yoga, finding contentment in quiet moments, spending time with her family, and driving her kiddos to activities (which includes a lot of ice hockey – she swears this is the year she will learn what off sides means). She holds a BA and JD from the University of Cincinnati and is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
