Leadership development for the moments that ask more of you.

You have experience, carry responsibility, and know how to deliver. But growth, transition, and complexity require something more than another framework or a faster pace. Most experienced leaders do not need more information. They need space to make sense of what they already know.

Lead Like It Matters creates that space through strategic dialogue, honest reflection, and the wisdom of peers who are carrying questions of similar weight. The work helps you move beyond familiar patterns and make more intentional choices about how you lead what comes next.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Lead Like it Matters is designed for experienced, values-driven leaders carrying real responsibility and navigating growth, complexity, transition, or recalibration. These experiences are for leaders who want more than another framework or set of tactics. They are ready to step outside the urgency, examine the patterns shaping how they lead, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.

Executives & Senior Leaders

For leaders guiding organizations, divisions, or teams through consequential decisions and complex change. You will have space to think beyond the immediate demands of the role, challenge your assumptions, and strengthen the clarity, steadiness, and courage required to lead others well.

Founders & Business Owners

For people building something meaningful while carrying the vision, responsibility, and uncertainty that come with entrepreneurship. You will step back from the constant motion of the business, reconnect with what matters most, and make more aligned decisions about your leadership, your capacity, and the next chapter of your organization.

Experienced People Leaders

For leaders responsible for the growth, performance, and well-being of others. You will explore how trust, accountability, conflict, and your own leadership patterns shape the culture around you, then translate that insight into clearer conversations, stronger relationships, and more intentional action.

Leaders Stepping Into Greater Responsibility

For capable leaders moving into roles with greater visibility, complexity, and influence. This is for people already demonstrating strong leadership potential who are ready to deepen their self-awareness, trust their own authority, and lead with greater intention.

Ways to Engage

Enter where you are. Go as deep as the moment requires.

Lead Like It Matters is a leadership pathway for experienced, values-driven leaders navigating growth, transition, and complexity. You do not need to commit to everything at once. Begin with the experience that meets you where you are, then continue as your leadership, questions, and capacity evolve.

Begin with a Live Conversation

For leaders who are carrying a question, noticing an old pattern, or sensing that their current way of leading is no longer enough. Our focused live experiences create an accessible entry point into the work. You will explore a real leadership tension, engage in thoughtful conversation, and leave with greater clarity about what the moment is asking of you.

Go Deeper Over Time in a Leadership Wisdom Circle

For leaders who want continuity, not a one-time insight or experience. Leadership Wisdom Circles bring a small group of thoughtful peers together over time for honest conversation, meaningful reflection, and practical integration. They offer the wise companionship and shared language needed to turn insight into real decisions, relationships, and leadership practices.

Explore Wisdom Circles

You do not have to know every answer.

The leaders drawn to this work are often carrying more than most people realize. They are making consequential decisions, holding responsibility for others, and navigating complexity with few places where they can stop performing, posturing, defending, or proving.

Lead Like It Matters creates a different kind of leadership space. One grounded in strategic rigor, honest reflection, and the wisdom of thoughtful peers. A place where you can slow down without losing momentum, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and translate insight into meaningful action.

Here’s what you’ll gain by joining our Lead Like it Matters events:

  • Clarity and prioritization in what matters now
    • Step outside the noise long enough to see the patterns, pressures, and possibilities shaping the moment. Leave with a clearer understanding of what matters now and what requires your leadership next.
  • Greater trust in your leadership style
    • Reconnect with what you already know, challenge the assumptions that may be limiting you, and strengthen your ability to make aligned decisions without outsourcing your authority.
  • Honest peer connection, without performance
    • Engage alongside experienced, values-driven leaders who are carrying questions of similar weight. You do not need to arrive polished, certain, or prepared with the right answer.
  • Insight that changes how you lead
    • Move beyond fleeting inspiration or endless introspection. Translate deeper awareness into real choices, clearer conversations, stronger relationships, and more intentional action.
  • Capacity for what comes next
    • Develop the steadiness, coherence, and courage to navigate complexity without abandoning yourself, your values, or the people depending on you.

The result is not simply greater insight. It is a more grounded, discerning, and courageous way of leading what comes next.

The measure of this work is what changes after the room.

A meaningful experience matters. But the real transformation is when: a decision is made with greater clarity, a conversation is approached with more courage, a pattern is recognized before it takes over, and there is a renewed capacity to lead without carrying everything alone.

I had the privilege of attending the Knowing, Not Knowing & Inner Knowing retreat at The Encounter, and it was a truly meaningful experience. The day created space to slow down, reflect, and step away from the constant pace of work and decision-making.

Meghan leads in a way that is refreshingly different from the “I have all the answers” style we so often see. Instead, she creates an environment where you are invited to approach your own leadership and life with curiosity—to uncover insights by paying attention to what is already within you. Her extensive training and years of experience allow her to guide with both confidence and humility—modeling authentic vulnerability that encourages others to let go of their masks as well.

Each session offered something valuable: grounding in the wisdom we already carry, embracing the uncertainty of “not knowing,” and listening more deeply to our inner guidance. The walking meditation and intentional moments of silence were especially powerful in giving me clarity and perspective.

As a leader, I often navigate complexity and uncertainty. This retreat reminded me that confidence doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from creating space to listen and respond with clarity and courage. I left feeling refreshed, re-centered, and better equipped to show up fully for my team and clients.

I highly recommend this experience to anyone who leads in high-stakes environments or simply wants to reconnect with themselves in a thoughtful, supportive community.
