ONECCM, Student Focus Group

On Sunday January 26th, we headed to the University of Cincinnati to hold a Student Focus Group for the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). For the past few months, we’ve been partnering with CCM to launch a strategic initiative in order to create ONECCM: The Path Forward. Since then we’ve been collecting data from a survey that went out to all the stakeholders at CCM. Now were in the process of analyzing that data. The Student Focus Group was the first of many Focus Groups in which we will share the data and get validation and additional feedback from CCM’s key constituents. We had over 34 students attend and participate in the day’s activities including sharing their values and passions for CCM, coming up with a vision statement for the College, and writing priorities for Dean Landgren. The students shared their insightful thoughts and hopes for CCM. It was quite inspiring to be in a room full of such talent and passion!

Everyone agrees that CCM is exceptional and the students showed they are willing and ready to strive for an even better CCM, ONECCM.
