Leadership Retreats

ABOUT THE RETREAT SERIES

Lead Like It Matters retreats are immersive, in-person leadership development experiences designed for leaders who need space to step out of the noise and reconnect with what their work is really asking of them.

Each retreat blends guided reflection, practical leadership tools, meaningful dialogue, and spacious facilitation so leaders can examine patterns, build trust, strengthen clarity, and practice leading with more courage and intention. These are not sit-and-get trainings. They are grounded, energizing experiences that invite leaders to slow down, tell the truth, learn with others, and return to their work with renewed capacity for what matters most.

Leaders leave with sharper self-awareness, practical tools they can use immediately, and a clearer sense of how to navigate pressure, complexity, conflict, and change. The benefit is not just a better day away from the office. It is a stronger, steadier way of leading when they return.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

As part of Lead Like It Matters, the Retreat Series is best suited for leaders of varying seniorities to “retreat” from the demands of modern day leadership and interrogate the deep reasons why we struggle with the challenges we face and strategize methods to overcome them.

Each Retreat has its own objective, suited to leaders of various leadership styles, needs, and drives. Every leader can benefit from the wisdom of all sessions, and we encourage individuals of diverse backgrounds and teams to join us.

Coaching

Ready to re-discover your best self and be re-minded of who you truly are?

The right coaching relationship can be transformative: it can change the dynamics of what is happening around us (the external reflects the internal); it can lead to deep and profound insights that can reshape the trajectory of a leader and a team. We are generally our own biggest obstacle, our own worst critic. We each hold the answers to what stands in our way; coaching simply offers a path to uncovering and overcoming these self-limiting beliefs. The path to our highest self almost always requires getting out of our own way. In coaching we will expand on what you are doing well, uncover your opportunities for growth while identifying the (small) pivots necessary to advance your goals.
