About Grace
Grace Berger joined MECC in July 2023. Her diverse background encompasses both teaching and management, each experience contributing to her growth and adaptability as an enthusiastic, lifelong learner.
Grace’s educational journey started at Miami University, where she majored in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. After graduating, she went on to become a passionate educator dedicating her time to her 4th and 5th grade students teaching math, science and social studies. With the unforeseen environment brought on by COVID, she was led away from teaching to an operations role in a dynamic, women-led medical practice. There she took on a newly created management role that gave her the opportunity to build her professional muscles. She excelled in the myriad of responsibilities required in a small, dynamic practice while building the role from the ground up.
A fateful encounter with Meghan in 2015 eventually led Grace to her current role at M E Clarke Consulting. Drawing from a wide range of skills acquired and sharpened in her previous roles, Grace brings an eagerness to contribute to the journey of transforming the world. She values celebrating the small wins that lay the foundation for lasting success.

As an iD, she is goal oriented and looks forward to collaborating with teams to dually set and achieve their individual and collective goals. Having experienced the diversity of personalities in management, she understands the importance of integrating every voice, fostering unity while respecting individual differences. With an open mind and a big heart, Grace is ready to roll her sleeves up in serving our partners and expanding the MECC community as the hostess of our collaboration space, The Encounter.
“After hours” Grace finds joy in exploring the city with her boyfriend and their adorable puppy, Beau. Adventures are not limited to the Cincinnati area, any time she gets the chance to travel with her friends or family, her bags are packed! In 2023, she set a personal goal to rediscover her love of reading and read (at least) one book a month – she welcomes your recommendations!
